We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We decided to buy a new garage door opener for both garage doors since both garage door openers were both pretty old. and our latest car could not access the garage without a transmitter. We are so pleased with our new garage door openers. The motor is so much quieter, and we are really impressed at how well it works. We were very pleased with our technician Shane Fazal. He finished the job in a timely manner, and set everything up for us. He was very professional and spent time explaining all the different features, so that we understood how everything worked.

When my garage door wouldn't go up, I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service tech, Nick, arrived within the time frame promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Unfortunately, the opener had to be replaced, but Nick worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in about 2 hours. He was courteous and professional with a very pleasant demeanor. He didn't leave until everything was completed and demonstrated. It was a pleasure having him in our home. My expectations were exceeded. This was the second time we've used Precision, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them back, if necessary.

We called Precision initially to fix a broken spring. Shane showed up same day! He explained the different options to fix the existing problem and when asked, he also gave us options to replace both openers (we have 2 garage door openers that are at least 10 years old). He was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided to replace everything on both garage doors, and are glad that we did. Upon completion Shane assisted me in installing the app and setting everything up on my phone, as well as programming my car! He left the garage clean (maybe cleaner than before he came? lol). I would not hesitate to contact Precision for repairs or purchase and installation of new garage door openers. P.S. - ask for Shane :)

Hello, I want to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the materials and especially the professional installation by Brian. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. During the installation, there was a minor issue when reconnecting my older electric garage door opener. While the motor was running, the door would not open or close. Brian, though not at fault, immediately apologized and suggested I contact the office so a technician could come out to assess the problem. He also assured me that if it could not be repaired, your company would work with me on a replacement. Since I had originally installed the opener myself, I decided to take a look before calling. I discovered the chain needed to be reset on the sprocket and the tension adjusted. After making this quick repair and reinstalling the opener, it now works perfectly—better than before, especially paired with the new door. I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning with 2 cars trapped inside. Service was promised between 2 and 6 PM and the technician, Shane Fazal, came right on time, as promised. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote with options and was helpful with the pricing. While the cost was extremely expensive, we had few options to shop on a Sunday, so we agreed. Shane did an excellent job, was friendly and helpful and kept me informed as he did his work. He made sure we were satisfied before he left and informed me of other services that might be needed. He was terrific. But the cost was very high so unless you have an emergency like I did, shop if you care about price.
