A neighbor told me that they had used your company to replace their keypad, I looked you up online and called for an appointment, shortly after Brendan arrived and gave me three options of which one was for a new keypad at a fair price. The job was done very efficiently and at a fair price.

I chose Precision based on their on-line reviews. They kept me informed as to exactly when the serviceman would arrive, and even sent me a picture. Lewis assessed the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He fixed the issue, quickly and then performed a full maintenance on the garage door opener and all of its components. Just a heads up, however. Be prepared to pay by check because using a credit or debit card incurs a high "processing" fee. I would definitely use Precision again if I had an issue.

My tech was amazing!!! Knowledgeable, polite and professional. He did a phenomenal job! Honestly can’t say enough nice things about him. I would have given 5 stars except the price was incredibly high expensive!! I had three people tell me already “you got ripped off”

Hi Brandon, Believe it or not, I chose Precision out of the Val U Pak coupons I got. I was looking for a garage door repair/replacement company for a while because our local guy retired and I didn't know who to call. I guess it was providence, because first of all I have never used a coupon from Val U Pak and I am so glad I did because Lewis Rodriguez was amazing. He explained everything, showed me what needed to be done on a as needed basis, breaking it down into what I should do first, second and last. I chose the middle option. He not only was professional, but polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, 45 minutes in and out. You are so lucky to have him and so was I. We are selling our house and we want to make sure that we transfer ownership of our house so it will be in the best and safest condition for the new owners. Lewis made the repairs and then showed me what exactly he did, and how the door now operates which is a lot better than when he got here. Thank you so much. The sticker is now by the garage door lighted switch so the new owners will know who to call in case of a need which I don't think will be for very long time thanks to Lewis. I hope he gets to see this, because he deserves all the praise I'm giving him. Donna and Peter Olson

My garage was completely busted, the wires were off the hinges, the power box was failing. I called precise at 10am and Lewis came at noon that day. Lewis was amazing, he did the diagnosis for free, gave us 3 options on how to proceed and in 2 hours, we had a perfect garage system hooked up to our phones and cars and ready to go

From start to finish, dealing with Precision was a joy. Came on time as promised. Nick the installer was a pleasure to talk to and deal with . Did not push anything on us. Gave us 3 clear options of what was needed for our garage door . Door was updated and works like new . Would definitely recommend Precision!!!
