The technician was polite, and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. Accordingly I agreed to order a new door, at a cost of $1,000, which was very much more than I had anticipated my repair expenditure to be costing.

Francisco did an excellent job installing our new 3/4 HP LiftMaster garage door opener. He diagnosed the problem with our old 14 year old opener and made appropriate recommendations on the repairs and new install required. His workmanship was excellent and he set up the remotes and key pads for us. Very professional and reliable. Would use Precision again and highly recommend to friends.

Service was excellent. I had an appointment between 1-4PM and around 2:30PM I received a call that they were running late and at 4PM another technician was dispatched and I received another call apologizing for the delay. Andre the technician who did come was knowledgeable and friendly.
