Today technician John Hixson came to examine my aging door and make recommendations to me and my wife regarding repair or replacement. We found him to be very clear, knowledgeable, and very professional. We decided to order a new door as John explained every option. The portable technology he had available made the options very clear. I am very impressed and have already recommended Precision to two neighbors.

Israel Hixon came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door. The door is very large and heavy and he was by himself, but he wouldn't leave until the door was completely repaired and working better than before. Highly recommended.

The technician was polite, and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. Accordingly I agreed to order a new door, at a cost of $1,000, which was very much more than I had anticipated my repair expenditure to be costing.

Francisco did an excellent job installing our new 3/4 HP LiftMaster garage door opener. He diagnosed the problem with our old 14 year old opener and made appropriate recommendations on the repairs and new install required. His workmanship was excellent and he set up the remotes and key pads for us. Very professional and reliable. Would use Precision again and highly recommend to friends.
