Precision came the same day I called. Shane Fazal, the technician, diagnosed the problem with my garage door and outlined my options in a clear manner. When I asked how soon we could schedule the repair he said “right now “ (amazing)! His van had everything needed to address my garage repair and he completed the job in a seamless and professional manner. We've been using Precision for a many years now to keep the garage doors that we installed in our old house when we moved in years ago working right. They've done everything from simple lube/tuneups to a motor replacement to replacing the springs when he originals finally broke on one of our doors. Our tech John did a thorough job - springs needed tightening and doors lubed this time. Like all the other techs we've ever had here from Precision, he was thorough, explained what needed to be done and efficient. Took us a while to hit on Precision but we will be using them forever - experienced and well trained techs, handled some tough replacement part jobs and fair prices.
