Lewis R. was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. He carefully explain the alternatives which would solve my existing problem, but also explain how the different alternatives would impact the life-span of the old unit as it stands today. He also noticed that the safety wire was never install on the door and the danger it may caused if the wire ever snapped. I chose to replace the Garage door opener to avoid any near future maintenance requirements. Very happy with my decision.

Great communication leading up to the service. Called early to let me know they were running a little slow and going to be later in the service window time. Always appreciate the extra communication. Technician, Lewis, was clear with explaining the issues and provided multiple options of repair and I didn’t feel pushed into the most expensive work. He performed the work diligently and left the garage cleaner than it was before he arrived. And the online booking was simple. Highly recommend.

Shane was my technician. He called in advance to say he was 25 minutes away. Arrived and assessed the situation. Gave me an estimate. The job was more than I anticipated. Shane spoke with his Boss and they were able to find a discount that I was eligible for. We agreed on the price, and Shane went to work. He told me it would take roughly 2 hours. Around 2 hours later he was done. He took time to explain everything related to my new garage doors, openers and remote app. A job well done. I would reccomend Shane and Precision to anyone who needs help with their garage doors.
