Our technician Lewis was very professional, assessing the condition of the structure and the electronics. He gave us three options for service with prices. His work was efficient and left us with a very quiet door and a new keypad. Excellent service! Almost as important, we were apprised of his location and expected time of arrival.

Lewis R. was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. He carefully explain the alternatives which would solve my existing problem, but also explain how the different alternatives would impact the life-span of the old unit as it stands today. He also noticed that the safety wire was never install on the door and the danger it may caused if the wire ever snapped. I chose to replace the Garage door opener to avoid any near future maintenance requirements. Very happy with my decision.

Great communication leading up to the service. Called early to let me know they were running a little slow and going to be later in the service window time. Always appreciate the extra communication. Technician, Lewis, was clear with explaining the issues and provided multiple options of repair and I didn’t feel pushed into the most expensive work. He performed the work diligently and left the garage cleaner than it was before he arrived. And the online booking was simple. Highly recommend.

Lewis and James exceeded my expectations! They took my repair to the next level. They have the knowledge and the people skills to meet the customer needs and go beyond. I had been postponing my repair for years, getting quotes from other companies and not being sure if they would deliver. I called Precision and felt so comfortable from the start! I didn’t hesitate to do my repair with them.

Picked Precision based on existing reviews. Excellent service provided by technician Israel Hixson, Additional comments: - Prefer to see a transparent pricing details (at least labor and parts - instead of one single number) - While the quality of work was great, the pricing($1395) appears to be higher than the averages in the local market I would recommend Precision to family and friends. Shane was my technician. He called in advance to say he was 25 minutes away. Arrived and assessed the situation. Gave me an estimate. The job was more than I anticipated. Shane spoke with his Boss and they were able to find a discount that I was eligible for. We agreed on the price, and Shane went to work. He told me it would take roughly 2 hours. Around 2 hours later he was done. He took time to explain everything related to my new garage doors, openers and remote app. A job well done. I would reccomend Shane and Precision to anyone who needs help with their garage doors.
Hi Steve, Thank you for the thoughtful review. Shane will be pleased his communication, effort, and walkthrough made the experience a positive one. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service.

I had the most outstanding service technician I ever delt with. His is truly a professional, great with customer relations, and certainly knew exactly what to do. In the matter of an hour & 1/2, he completely rebuilt the door hardware, and the door works better than it ever did. Quiet, smooth running and an extreme change from what it used to be. I have used Precision before, but this Tech is highly trained, super-efficient and highly motivated. Great Company. Many thanks for a great job! James B Duncan Port Washington, NY 11050
