Louis was very professional in both his communication as well as his manual work. He evaluated our problem and made a recommendation for a solution. He checked the installation and made sure that we had a full understanding of the operation of the remote buttons in our cars, the keypad as well as the digital operation via my iPhone. Thanks for the prompt request for service and work product.

Very happy with the repair service. It all went very smoothly - from the online reservation, through the communication with the office and the actual work performed. Lewis, the technician, was a pleasure to work with - and I learned a thing or two I didn't know. And, yes, all at a very reasonable price! I wish every other service provider would operate on the same level and the same standards. Thanks, Precision. (Just to make it clear: I'm not affiliated with Precision in any way whatsoever - only as a satisfied customer).
