Very happy with the repair service. It all went very smoothly - from the online reservation, through the communication with the office and the actual work performed. Lewis, the technician, was a pleasure to work with - and I learned a thing or two I didn't know. And, yes, all at a very reasonable price! I wish every other service provider would operate on the same level and the same standards. Thanks, Precision. I needed a warranty repair after 9 plus years. The parts were covered under warranty I paid for the labor as was stated in contract. Precision arrives on time neat and in uniform in an authorized well marked van. What can i say my wife is happy
