They were professional, courteous, followed safety protocols re: covid and our door is now working, as it should. Andre also called approx. 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know he was en route. Great service! Andre Lennon was the technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier that originally planned and had the door fixed in no time. I realized the door was broken a little before 1:00PM and it was completely fixed by 2:45 the same day. Bravo!
