I had an intermittent problem with my garage door closing that was related to cold temperature. The technician "Michael" was able to quickly determine the problem was related to a setting of force on the Sears Opener Motor. He also pointed out my two doors did not have safety cables on the springs. He installed them and lubricated all of my tracks and rollers. I also purchased a spare remote control for my wife's car. Very satisfied with the efficient and knowledgable service provided, would definitely recommend you to friends and family. F.P.

My old garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision. They came the next day in the time window promised. The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. If I have any future problems with my garage door, I will definitely call them.
