Isaac Rodriguez, the technician who diagnosed my garage door opener issues was knowledgeable, hard working and efficient. Isaac ensured that after he installed the new motor, sensors, keypads, etc., my garage door worked perfectly and quietly. I was completely satisfied with Isaac's work and will definitely recommend Precision to my family, friends and neighbors. Isaac was also courteous and respectful and explained everything he would be replacing clearly and understandably. Isaac is an asset to the Precision "family"! I truly appreciated his expert work! Thank you to Isaac and to Precision!

Used Precision 5 years ago to install a new door and was very satisfied. Currently had a problem with motor, called Precision and had a technician come out the next day (Robert Weber). Robert was very knowledgeable and courteous. He attempted to repair motor which was wet due to a ceiling leak. He indicated the adjustment he made might not work due to the components getting wet and I may need a new motor. He provided an estimate and I have an appointment to install the new motor next week.

Danny Salas was efficient and professional. Explained the repair needed and provided a cost before proceeding with the work. Repair was completed and the door was tested to make sure all was good. I paid 200 to get a door fixed and nothing got fixed. He thinks it is a logic board but does not know. He also tells me to call the guy who put in the door. He came and fixed is 2 seconds. I do not think your technician knew what he was doing. Disappointed

Your service was truly as advertised, you paid attention to every detail. My only concern was that I researched the price of the opener you installed and found it could be purchased on average for 250.00... The installation tok about 90 minutes, and the total charge was 650.00.... So, you basically charged me 400.00 for 90 minutes labor. Now, I know you are in business to make money, I just felt that is a little over the top. Other than that, I am happy with your technician, and his professionalism

5 star!!! So happy with the professionalism of this company!!! Memorial Day Weekend emergency and they were able to accommodate- gave a 12-4 window same day for service and Jesse called saying he could be at our home by 11:30 am which was awesome!! Prompt and courteous and fairly priced. Got the job done in an hour as promised- couldn’t be happier!!! Thanks Jesse and Precision- Highly recommend!!! Will use again when ready to replace springs and rollers!!!

Joe the technician was very curtious and knowledgeable he diagnosed the problem and came up with the solution within a 30 minutes he also offered three types of garage door openers and installed the one I chose in a little over an hour he also set both my cars to the new opener and cleaned up after the work was done Excellent job I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or replacements Gus Catanzaro

Greg and Andre just left after installing two new garage doors at my home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier Greg and Andre did a fabulous job. I know it wasn’t easy as it’s an older detached garage but we love our new doors! Super quiet and nice looking too! Greg and Andre went above and beyond a super professional job very friendly courteous they called to let us know when they would arrive cleaned everything up and helped me program the keypads. Greg and Andre did a wonderful job you should be very proud to have them working for you and representing your company I would recommend precision garage door to anyone.
