When I contacted Precision I was in urgent need of a new garage door. I looked around elsewhere and was told that install appts could take up to 6 months. Precision was accommodating to my need from beginning to end. From my initial consultation to the day of install (about a 4 week turnaround), the service provided was informative, prompt and courteous. The technician Francisco Taveras was able to determine the problem, correct it with the appropriate parts and get the door functioning. He was extremely polite, respectful and considerate of the situation with an elderly parent. I was able to deal with Francisco by phone to attend to the problem without my being there at the house. Today I went to my dad's home and examined the repairs that was performed - I was pleased with the quality of the work and outcome.
