We were most impressed and pleased with the service we received recently from Precision. We appreciated that the company texted us immediately after our initial call to them for an appointment, and kept us continuously updated during the day for the arrival time of their technician to our home. The Precision technician - Jason - was friendly, courteous, and knew his business. He provided us with a detailed explanation of the problems concerning our existing door opener. He offered several options for repair/replacement at different price points and didn't try to upsell us on parts or services we didn't need. It is rare to find someone so honest and professional. technician Lewis R. arrived to my house to access why my garage didn’t open ( ihad work done and couldn’t figure it out) he manually opened the garage and i showed him the issue he advised me to get an electrician ( which i knew i needed) to replace an outdated overhead socket i needed some outdated springs pulleys and cables and rollers replaced and he showed us two sets of prices and we agreed to purchase it he finished the work in under an hour he was not pushy or aggressive he was polite and easy to deal with showed me two prices
