A week ago I was trying many companies to no avail. No one would come that day. Found Precision. They gave me a window of 4 hours and within 1 hr. I got a call from Danny. Salas. He was professional and most accommodating. He tried ro save us money but my motor was shot. So we had the motor installed with new remotes and keypad. Precision and Danny saved us a lot of grief as we have no access to the garage from our house

Roberto Linares just left after installing my motor for my garage door. Excellent experience. Roberto very professional, arrived on time and told me when he would finish the installation. He kept his word and did a clean professional job. I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Roberto..you will be very happy.

The service person came during the time period they promised and I got a call in advance. The service person assessed, gave me a breakdown of what I needed and prices and options. He was efficient and personable. The door was fixed. A bit expensive, I thought, but I didn’t have the time to shop around. I picked the company off the Internet and looked at reviews.

I had a door put in back in May. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I had gotten a mouse in the garage, my exterminator told me the garage door was not lined up to the ground. Instead of jus saying that and leaving, they took the extra step and plugged up the obvious holes I had and tightened the door so it would would fit better upon reaching the floor. They went above and beyond, and I am grateful!!!!!

i needed estimates for a new garage door, standard, no fuss. i had a representative from the company show me my choices, didn't try to "sell me on anything more expensive". i got a written estimate AND used a coupon that you can find in your mailers, did the home depot Lowes calls but they have to got to store etc, this gentleman came to US at OUR convenience, and door was installed looks soo nice, (now i cant believed how i lived with the old one. Their give you 2hr window and call when on their way. from making the appt to job completion was ONLY the best...professional , courteous and dependable.

Simple, quick, & easy to setup an appointment. Shorty after placing the appointment, the technician, Hunter Hanemann, contacted me on approximate eta and came promptly. He was able to help me get into my locked garage door and in a quick 15 mins gave me a detailed inspection report on what might need replacing in the future and what would work best for my needs.

I called to have my old garage door opener repaired, but unfortunately I needed a new one. Brenndan and Andre were great! They explained everything to me and were very professional. When I am able, I will call again to change the opener on my other door - just can't do it yet. Definitely recommend!!

Your man Joe check my garage door opener and said the motor was good, and he showed me, that my cables was ready to break, and he said the wheels on the track were no good. I told him to replace every thing that was bad. He did a nice job. The garage door works fine. The star number #5 is the best for Joe.

The wheels on the door became misaligned over the winter. The tech made some physical adjustments, added lube, and the door moves much better. Price was a little high, but not unreasonable.

Tom Jenkofsky was the tech. He was on time and very courteous. He was honest about my garage door and that it wasn't worth to repair the door with new springs. I was happy with is honesty. After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was close to 25 years old and at the end of its' life, Tom did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Tom. He clearly explained what was needed to resolve the problem, in this case a new opener and a few minor repairs to the existing door and its parts. After completing the job, he showed all that was done and explained how everything worked. Tom truly loves what he is doing and is a great ambassador for Precision.
