We have two garage doors. The first opener was replaced earlier this year. Precision did a great job. So when my second opener went bad Precision was the obvious choice. They came on time, they were professional and quick.

Ryan Swan shows up and in goes to work and in a matter of a couple hours does the, installation and programming, and then goes over everything on the operation and use of the new Door Opener and answered every question. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Many months ago I received a Precision Garage Door Service Coupon in the Valpak. I saved it knowing that one day I would need to repair or replace our automatic garage door opener which was over 20 years old. Unfortunately that day came! Fortunately, I had the coupon and called Precision Garage Door Service on December 23, 2024. The very next day their technician, Ryan Swan, showed up as scheduled even though it was Christmas Eve. He was extremely courteous and professional advising us of the service needed. An itemized written estimate of the cost was presented. We agreed and he continued to perform the replacement service. Ryan was very pleasant and personable even though it was extremely cold that day to work in an unheated garage. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional installation. Ryan is a fine representative of Precision Garage Door Service and we highly recommend them for anyone who may need this type of service. (We also appreciated the Senior Citizen Discount!)

Absolutely outstanding company! I needed to have a new battery installed in my garage door opener lift machine. I called Precision and they had Jacob and Ryan come by the next day. Both guys are knowledgeable, professional and gave me excellent advice on maintenance and repairs to look out for. I am so impressed with the communication this company provides on what time they are going to arrive too. Definitely recommend this company.

I normally do not leave reviews, but in this instance i was not happy. I had called to have a service tech come out to have my door fixed, over the phone i was quoted between $240-$700 to replace a spring. When the service tech came i was told it would be $1,054 to replace the two overhead torsion springs. I went ahead with the work. To be honest i completely understand cost of materials and labor, but over 1k for two springs that probably cost $100 each and an hour to fix is outrageous. I was also told that if the door did not operate correctly because the opener had to be reset for stopping it would have been an additional $300, which takes no more than 5min. Im actually purchasing two new garage doors in the near future and i will be looking elsewhere
