Danny the service technician fixed our garage door spring and explained the whole lift master garage door opener to us, I had this garage door and opener installed by another local company and was not pleased with their service so I decided to called Precision and couldn’t be more happier! Danny was professional and extremely polite! Precision garage door service is lucky to have Danny as an employee! Would highly recommend and use precision again in the future.

Had been having a problem with the door closing for a few days. I called Precision Door to make an appointment and check it. Danny Salas came on Saturday and corrected the problem. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure it was working correctly before he left. It's always a pleasure to use Precision Door, as they offer the best service.

Your company rebuilt my garage door system installing updated safety features and did a wonderful job. When I had this new problem, my fault not yours, I called your company. The tech, Danny, fixed it asap and took the time to install the myQ app on my cell phone. Definitely feel more secure when leaving home. Would not hesitate in using your company. You sent notices as to my appointment, informed me as to when Danny would arrive and he called to let me know where he was and when he would be arriving. Wonderful service!

Very pleased with the work done: up-to-date safety features were installed as well as fixing the main problems with the garage door - it never operated so quietly nor so well. Jesse was a very professional tech who explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent job from start to finish. Precision Door Service has a checklist for safety during Covid-19 and I had no concerns as to my health and safety.

Technician showed up on time. He was beyond helpful fully explaining every aspect of the repair. He was courteous and repair was done in a timely manner. My estimated cost was exactly what I paid. John & Rob did an excellent job with installing a new LiftMaster garage door opener and was patient & gave full explanations. They both were respectful and very cordial gentlemen. They both are definite assets to the company. In fact, I had mistakenly thought John was the owner's son since he was so thorough with answers to my questions. A very pleasant experience!

mike and crew did a great job, but the only complaint I have is that they left the bottom of the garage door with greasy finger prints. It really doesn't bother me, but I just want you to be a were of it for the next costumer. Thanks for a great job.The guys were great too.
