Gave me a price of $1100 to replace a garage door opener and said springs and rollers needed to be replaced. Promised to email an estimate but never received it and charged a $70 service fee. Had Home Depot install a Chamberlain belt driven 3/4 hp for $315. Other parts NOT NEEDED. Let the buyer beware.

Discovering you via your website this morning and beginning with my first contact with Precision Door, Julie was so very kind, courteous and concerned with the issue of my car being trapped in my garage after a spring broke. Joel S. contacted me about 1 hour later and arrived 20 minutes after that. Joel is most definitely a very professional, qualified, efficient and genuinely kind young man. He throughly and clearly explained all my options regarding either repair or replacement. Seeing as the garage door is original to my 60+ Year old home and the opener was near 38 years old, I have opted to have your company install a new door with opener which will take about 3 weeks from now. And yes, seeing your rating with BBB and reviews, I was confident that I was dealing with a very reputable company. I believe that both Joel and Julie are definite assets to your company

The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. I highly recommend Danny Salas and Brendan Serrano. Danny came an explained what I could stay with or gave me options to replace. I decided to go with a new opener, new springs and new remotes. It was all done very quickly and he even programed my cell phone and my remotes in my car. Thank you and we will be using Precision again if needed.
