I was so impressed with the quick response of your company to allow me to free my car out of the closed garage. Danny was so friendly and reassuring that I felt relieved that he would do a great job. Our experience with Precision was great! Our technician was John and he did an awesome job from beginning to end. The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. He even took care to make sure every detail was just right -- something you don't always find in folks. He cared about the quality of his work. Great job Dan, and thank you to all. I would definitely recommend you guys. We are grateful we found you. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Danny Salas and Brendan Serrano. Danny came an explained what I could stay with or gave me options to replace. I decided to go with a new opener, new springs and new remotes. It was all done very quickly and he even programed my cell phone and my remotes in my car. Thank you and we will be using Precision again if needed.

Top Notch job by technician Danny Salas Replaced 13 yr. old problematic (comm issues w/remote & home link) Liftmaster w/ new Liftmaster 8550w. Also new rubber seal on one door & 4 nylon rollers replacing 4 steel rollers. (2 on both garage doors). Danny was great in explaining all options. Install was excellent

5 Stars! I called into the center and the call receipt person was very knowledgeable of the services and set the appointment, I was impressed with that. Next, got a call from Dave before the scheduled time range for the appointment, stating exactly when he would arrive. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable, Dave explained everything in the level of detail needed. This caliber of customer service provided by Dave during this repair is why I will recommend and repeat my business to Precision.

Hunter called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a choice of Liftmaster openers.
