Top Notch job by technician Danny Salas Replaced 13 yr. old problematic (comm issues w/remote & home link) Liftmaster w/ new Liftmaster 8550w. Also new rubber seal on one door & 4 nylon rollers replacing 4 steel rollers. (2 on both garage doors). Danny was great in explaining all options. Install was excellent

5 Stars! I called into the center and the call receipt person was very knowledgeable of the services and set the appointment, I was impressed with that. Next, got a call from Dave before the scheduled time range for the appointment, stating exactly when he would arrive. Polite, professional, very knowledgeable, Dave explained everything in the level of detail needed. This caliber of customer service provided by Dave during this repair is why I will recommend and repeat my business to Precision.

Hunter called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a choice of Liftmaster openers. He also did some safety repairs on our existing garage door. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We definitely recommend Precision Door Service and the technician Hunter Hanemann!

The fact that the phone was answered by a real person on a Saturday night was wonderful. She understood my needs. The men who fixed everything Dave and John kept me informed every step of the way. First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

Michael and Jeff replaced the motor, electronics, and various parts on a very old door. They got the job done in 3 hours, as they estimated, and were very professional. The new setup is working nicely.

Excellent service. Our garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend and the service technician, Mike, came over around 8:00pm to make the repairs so that we could get our car out of the garage. He was extremely professional & pleasant and did a great repair job!

Five Stars! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate to our needs. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Through a thorough diagnostic, the technician realized that my springs were gapped and could be placing undo pressure on the motor; hence he suggested I replace the springs, and then he fixed the garage door opener. It's works perfectly now. Also, my technician was very sensitive to what I had in the garage; i.e. My Harley, and made certain there was no collateral damage.

Tom did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple problems with my garage door. He took a great deal of time readjusting cables, springs, pulleys and rollers until it was set up correctly. I admire someone who takes the extra time to do a job and is not in a rush to just finish
