First of all, I can not say enough about your service - THANK YOU! I had a garage door spring snap on a Super Bowl Sunday. After calling/leaving voicemails, for my original (former) serviceman and several others from the internet - The ONLY company to pickup was Precision! Your agent took my information, scheduled an appointment, gave me a time range and who would be coming to my home. "Tim" (I hope I got that right) was awesome! He showed up right on time, was in no rush, explained everything to me, gave me options and prices, asked my opinion and we went with what he suggested (replace the pair of springs) as it made perfect sense. He was quick, quiet, thorough - At the end, after do an inspection suggested changing out my noisy steel rollers for vinyl, which he did and it made all the difference in the work, noise-wise Again, you're my new service people - I can not recommend you/Tim enough!!

Michael and Jeff replaced the motor, electronics, and various parts on a very old door. They got the job done in 3 hours, as they estimated, and were very professional. The new setup is working nicely.

Excellent service. Our garage door spring broke over Memorial Day weekend and the service technician, Mike, came over around 8:00pm to make the repairs so that we could get our car out of the garage. He was extremely professional & pleasant and did a great repair job!

There were initial problems with installation of new door. On return visit (6/11/15) mechanics Greg(?) and helper Hunter worked extremely hard to please everyone. Mechanic Greg deserves 5 stars.

Five Stars! Professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate to our needs. I had a problem with my garage door opener. Through a thorough diagnostic, the technician realized that my springs were gapped and could be placing undo pressure on the motor; hence he suggested I replace the springs, and then he fixed the garage door opener. It's works perfectly now. Also, my technician was very sensitive to what I had in the garage; i.e. My Harley, and made certain there was no collateral damage.

Tom did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple problems with my garage door. He took a great deal of time readjusting cables, springs, pulleys and rollers until it was set up correctly. I admire someone who takes the extra time to do a job and is not in a rush to just finish

Tom was excellent in all respects...explained all aspects of the repairs recommended...pointed out the quality of the materials to be used...and his approach to the work. Response time was fantastic. I called at 8:00am Saturday morning and Joe L was done and gone by 11:45am. Joe was professional and quick. Excellent work product as well. Would definitely work with him again.
