Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.
