Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.

Called Precision around 12 noon and was very pleased that they could schedule service that same day. At around 2PM Israel Hixson came to my home and quickly evaluated the problem I was having. He then presented several options for a solution. He concisely explained the various alternatives and after we chose a course of action he immediately went to work to fix the problem. The repair involved changing rollers and adjusting springs. This made a big difference in how easily the door could be lifted manually, thereby making it much easier for the motor to raise and lower the door. He then went over and above by inspecting all aspects of the system and tightening and adjusting various components as needed.
