I called and they came immediately. Company uses a great text message app where they share locations prior to arrival. Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

Julian and Michael were here yesterday to expertly install my new garage door, my second from Precision! The old one needed replacing having been damaged. They did such a great job from start to finish! I had John here from Precision right after the damage, and he was able to repair it to the degree that it could be used until the new one arrived.
