The entire process from the initial scheduling of the review of options at our home, narrowing down our selection, placing the order, receiving recurring status updates, scheduling the installation and completing the job was excellent. Vince from Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, captured our requirements and managed expectations. The installation team of Shane and Prince was punctual, competent, friendly, communicative and knowledgable. These two young men represent your company extremely well and you are fortunate to have them working for you. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

The technician, Thomas, was quickly able to access and repair the wall panel as requested. He and his associate were polite, efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. I called Precision on a Thursday and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative who walked me through the process of a service call, explaining everything I needed to know. Friday morning I was contacted by Israel who came, diagnosed my issue and within a few hours , a new system was installed . I can’t say enough positive things about Israel and Dan, and this company - from start to finish it was a flawless transaction.

I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.
