I called and they came immediately. Company uses a great text message app where they share locations prior to arrival. Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

Julian and Michael were here yesterday to expertly install my new garage door, my second from Precision! The old one needed replacing having been damaged. They did such a great job from start to finish! I had John here from Precision right after the damage, and he was able to repair it to the degree that it could be used until the new one arrived. THIS WAS AT NO CHARGE! Precision Garage Door is THE BEST! Thank you, Doug, for how well you run your fine business!

Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.

He gave me a list of options to make the repairs and explained each one I made my decision and he did the necessary repairs and made sure I was satisfied with the results .
