This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.

Danny Salas arrived just when he said he would, after calling me to let me know he was on his way, so his start was excellent indeed. He showed me all the worn out pieces in the door and how important it was to replace them ALL, so he did just that. He is a real professional; he knows what he's doing; he's very precise in his descriptions and in his actual working. He impressed me from the start, and I will NEVER use any other company to deal with my garage door problems than Precision. I congratulate you on a very fine young gentleman who happens to be one of your valued employees!

We are customers who have spent a lot of money to get our garage doors / motors fixed by your company in the recent past.(please check our past records). We called for one roller that came out of track. Additionally there was a broken windowpane glass . Your technician wanted us to replace entire door as well ( amount would be in excess of $1500) and would not assist us with broken pane repair . After replacing all parts which I don’t even think was necessary the total bill was $750 and we still have a broken pane. We are very dissapointed with the service .

I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.

The technician was terrific. He called before the appointment and showed up as scheduled. He fixed the problem right away and installed my new opener. He also went beyond and fixed the grid panels on my garage door and cleaned it! I recommend precision highly!

I was very happy with the service provided from start to finish. I was able to get prompt service for a broken coil spring at a competitive price. Brendan was very knowledgeable and explained what parts needed to be replaced and why. He did a great job and the door works better than when it was originally installed!

The receptionist was very courteous and followed up. She managed to find me an appt. on a Sunday morning! The repairman Tim, called to confirm and told me he was 20 minutes out. He arrived and was courteous, experienced and professional. He advised me of the cost without pressure. Great experience all around!

Asked them to fix my garage door. The technician said it couldn't be repaired and our other door was broken, as well. He quoted $2200 to replace both doors including all tracks, springs and hardware. I fixed both doors for $87.37 with parts from Home Depot. Thanks Precision...not a good policy to try to take advantage of customers. Change your website...you don't fix anything.

I called Precision on a Saturday afternoon. Got right through to a representative who was courteous and very knowledgeable. Told me she could have someone come to our house on Sunday between 1 and 4 pm and that the service technician would call me a half hour before estimated arrival time.He called me Sunday morning to give me an estimate of arrival time. Also called me a half hour before he arrived. He quickly determined what work needed to be done, gave me a price and time estimated to complete the work. He did a great job and answered numerous questions about other future work I expect to have done by Precision. Nice to deal with such professionals like the Precision team.

Just used Precision Door Service to replace my garage door motor and fix the various parts of the door itself, cables, etc... From beginning to end the best sales and service experience I had in ages. Danny Salas, the technician, explained everything including the pros and cons for the various levels of work I could have done and the pricing for each. Once I decided to go ahead and replace the motor instead of repairing it and fix the door itself, Danny completed the work, quite expeditiously, and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate it. He also was kind enough to help me sync my garage door opener with my car. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend you ask for Danny Salas if you use Precision for your garage door needs!
