I called Precision on a Thursday and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative who walked me through the process of a service call, explaining everything I needed to know. Friday morning I was contacted by Israel who came, diagnosed my issue and within a few hours , a new system was installed . I can’t say enough positive things about Israel and Dan, and this company - from start to finish it was a flawless transaction.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Danny S. He was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful and cleaned up nicely. I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.

I could not have been more pleased with the service. Jason was courteous, professional and articulate in describing the problem with my garage door opener and laying out my options. The install was quick and Jason's explanation of the new hardware was clear and concise. I picked your company because you were listed as an authorized LiftMaster dealer and I was not disappointed. Fantastic response by Danny Salas who installed my keypad today - an unexpected outcome and delight from your customer service professional! Now just waiting on getting the black weatherstripping reinstalled on the right side where it falls slightly short and shows a gap near the top where it looks like it needs another nail or 2.

A year ago Danny from Precision Door installed my new Lift Master Garage Door opener. He was at my home again today exactly one year to the day of my installation to help correct an issue with the opener. Danny has the perfect helpful personality you hope for. He is extremely energetic, time efficient, friendly with great problem solving skills. Precision Door is a very well oiled machine with very good customer service and notifications. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs. The issue that required them to come out for was not with installation of the unit but the Lift Master Unit itself. My door opener decided to arbitrarily to open my garage door by itself 3 times in four days. Each time in the early evening to early morning hours resulting in raccoons getting into my garage and recking havoc each time. The last occurrence was at 4 am. Reading reviews on Lift Master units this problem is not unique to my unit. I am glad Danny talked me into getting an extended warrantee when the unit was first purchased. Danny reset the unit and all remotes to hopefully circumvent the problem I was experiencing. Lift Master units are great when they work properly, but their circuitry design and hardware are awful. The unit that was installed a year ago replaced a Lift Master unit put in by another company 6 years prior. That unit kept on frying its circuit board would only allow you to open the door and not close it with the remote. So in short Danny & Precision Door gets 5 Stars, Lift Master gets only 1 Star.

Your installer, Danny Salas, did a wonderful job analyzing our problem with a garage door opener that was installed by a different company. He adjusted the door itself and then had to replace the opener. We now have our fifth opener and it has been working quietly and without any issues. Thank you for persevering and making our home safe.

Fast professional service all the way through from the set up on the phone to the follow through at the garage to the payment process right on an iPad. Technician Marlon Cantave is a real pro. He took the time to work back through the history of the door opener and then work through the problem. This avoided the most costly fix, which I greatly appreciate. I’d highly recommend this company if you need work on a garage door.
