One of the springs broke late on Friday afternoon. Called Precision right away. Had a technician at my home early on Saturday. Israel was the tech. Not only did he explain all the options and costs, he was very friendly and polite. After an hour, the garage door was up and running better than ever. Highly recommend!

Danny and his coworker were outstanding. I've had so many issues that every few months something would break on my garage door. Danny assessed the entire door, hardware and all, and replaced everything worn as well as replacing my screw drive opener witha belt driven opener. Now the door is perfectly working and is whisper quiet. I never knew it could be so quiet. Highly highly recomend Precision.

Technician Tom Jenkofsky arrived at the appointment time. He did a through inspection on the condition of the door and support items. I elected to proceed with the repair to a broken door handle. Tom was very efficient and knowledgeable. The handle was replaced and he did some minor adjustments and lubrication to other door parts. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and I would definitely recommend your company.
