I chose Precision based on their on-line reviews. They kept me informed as to exactly when the serviceman would arrive, and even sent me a picture. Lewis assessed the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He fixed the issue, quickly and then performed a full maintenance on the garage door opener and all of its components. Just a heads up, however. Be prepared to pay by check because using a credit or debit card incurs a high "processing" fee. I would definitely use Precision again if I had an issue.

We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We decided to buy a new garage door opener for both garage doors since both garage door openers were both pretty old. and our latest car could not access the garage without a transmitter. We are so pleased with our new garage door openers. The motor is so much quieter, and we are really impressed at how well it works. We were very pleased with our technician Shane Fazal. He finished the job in a timely manner, and set everything up for us. He was very professional and spent time explaining all the different features, so that we understood how everything worked.

Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because this company was fantastic. I found them on yelp. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling. The tech Justin and his helper (sorry forgot his name ) were extremely nice and explained everything. I had all the springs, cables . And wheels changed. They quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job within an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. This couldn’t have been any better I highly recommend them.
