I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Service was prompt and courteous. ( Same day appointment! )Received email confirmation of our appt and a phone call when our technician, Isaac, was on his way. Isaac was pleasant and knowledgeable. Stayed late on a Friday night to be sure we had a properly working door. We were completely satisfied and will call again for any of our garage door needs.

Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

Danny Salas, service technician for Precision Door, has been at our home several times in the past 3 years, when we moved in and purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision. He always explains everything in detail so we understand the mechanics of the electrical mechanisms operating the opener. Never had any issues he couldn’t take care of. I would never use any other company fir our garage door needs! Thank you!!

Thank you to your technician, Isaac Rodriguez, for his courteous, efficient service in replacing a broken spring and bearing rollers in my garage door. Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. I initially contacted Precision due to a Google search and was impressed with the reviews and now I know why! Seems to be an extra level of professionalism throughout- from calling the office staff to set up an appointment for an estimate, numerous appt reminders to then to finally meeting the technician, Danny Salas. Danny was courteous and addressed all my concerns. Now looking forward to the installation!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because this company was fantastic. I found them on yelp. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling. The tech Justin and his helper (sorry forgot his name ) were extremely nice and explained everything. I had all the springs, cables . And wheels changed. They quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job within an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. This couldn’t have been any better I highly recommend them.
