Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. Isaac Rodriguez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable with his trade. He was came earlier to Han our scheduled appointment but he called me first if it was okay. He was professional and diagnosed our garage door problem quickly. He was helpful and answered all the questions I had. He also helped me program our non working key pad outside our garage after replacing it with a new one. He changed the LED light bulb that we had in the opener because he explained that it could interfere with the function of the remote garage door opener. My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance.
