We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. Was very courteous & helpful. I highly recommend Jeff & Precision Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Replacement or Service on Opener.

Isaac Rodriguez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable with his trade. He was came earlier to Han our scheduled appointment but he called me first if it was okay. He was professional and diagnosed our garage door problem quickly. He was helpful and answered all the questions I had. He also helped me program our non working key pad outside our garage after replacing it with a new one. He changed the LED light bulb that we had in the opener because he explained that it could interfere with the function of the remote garage door opener. If I have other issues with our garage door opener, I will request Isaac to do the job. He is an asset to your company. Julie and Larry Lycksell Kings Park, NY

I researched garage door companies online and found your company. Danny came to our home and had the complete knowledge from beginning to end to every question we had about the doors, the installation and the garage door openers. His knowledge was so thorough that we were very impressed. We have every confidence that we will be pleased when the job is complete.

Professional, friendly, did what was needed, explained everything and they went to great lengths to say who was coming , in light of all the news of strangers or people that are not vetted well it was very noticeable how they went the extra mile to make sure the customer was comfortable by letting me know who would be coming to my home. That takes effort. Thanks Wendy Kings park NY

My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. I would request him specifically if I ever need service and would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

To both Michael and Julian, great job in my garage door repair! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. No delay in setting up an appointment, Mike called before arriving at scheduled time, quick and accurate diagnosis, truck came fully stocked with parts to repair my garage door the same day. And they were kind enough to go the extra step and program my car to the garage door. Great job guys!

Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance. Loved how he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Very profesional and loved how the truck was loaded with all the parts he needed to fix my garage door opener. Very satisfied customer.

We just purchased a house, and the garage door didn't lock and was difficult to open. Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day. Now, we have a refurbished garage door we can actually open without pulling a muscle. Plus, customer service was very courteous.

I had a new single door installed and I absolutely love it! My installers Dave and Jeff were professional & efficient. They did a great job cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Precision. The door is top quality and I like the motion director light attached to the opener. I also like the clock and temperature reader.
