My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. I would request him specifically if I ever need service and would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

To both Michael and Julian, great job in my garage door repair! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. No delay in setting up an appointment, Mike called before arriving at scheduled time, quick and accurate diagnosis, truck came fully stocked with parts to repair my garage door the same day. And they were kind enough to go the extra step and program my car to the garage door. Great job guys!

I was happy to get a repairman to come the day I called. Danny called to let me know when he would arrive. He explained the problem and the options for fixing it. He seemed very knowledgable and efficient. I am very pleased with the work he did.

Called this morning thinking I'd make an appointment for Friday or next week. The service center said oh we can get you an appointment this morning between 8 and 12. So I said sure. Tim O called me to give me an approximate time and he said he'd call again when he finished the job ahead of me. He came just as he said. Very neat appearance. Loved how he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented me with options. Very profesional and loved how the truck was loaded with all the parts he needed to fix my garage door opener. Very satisfied customer.

We just purchased a house, and the garage door didn't lock and was difficult to open. Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day. Now, we have a refurbished garage door we can actually open without pulling a muscle. Plus, customer service was very courteous.

I had a new single door installed and I absolutely love it! My installers Dave and Jeff were professional & efficient. They did a great job cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Precision. The door is top quality and I like the motion director light attached to the opener. I also like the clock and temperature reader.

Your Service Spedialist Danny Sala was very thorough in pointing out exactly what had to be done and did an excellent job in fixing the problems as evidenced by an estimated 90% noise reduction when the door is raised or lowered. A job well done! 5 Stars

We woke to find our double size garage door spring had snapped leaving we two eighty year olds unable to get either of our two cars out and become virtually trapped in our own home unable to leave Your very personable and efficient technician was sent to us, called to confirm that he would arrive in 40 minutes, explained what he would do, reviewed the various cost options, and proceeded to complete the repairs. Thanks to Tim what was at first a serious nuisance was a pleasant experience

I received the Valpak coupon in the mail and called the number for Suffolk Co. I was expecting to get service during the following week. I was very surprised to find out that a service man would be coming that afternoon and that he would call me when he was coming over. I believe his name was Tim. He did call when he was 20 minutes away and he came on time and fixed the problem with my garage doors. I was very pleased with the service and hope the problem continues to be fixed.
