The service person that was sent to my house was Israel Hixon. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my garage. I could not have been more pleased with the service he extended to me and he thoroughly explained exactly what had to be done to correct the issue. It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared. All done under my warranty by a very pleasant and informative representative. Thank you, Precision!

Garage door opened died today. Only company I could find open on a Sunday. They were at my house within 1 of my call. Shane was my tech. He was very knowledgeable gave me my options and prices upfront no hidden cost. Once I decided he went right to work and finished the job in a couple of hours. Cleaned up and test and showed me how everything worked. I recommend him highly. Overall Precision did a great job. Price was a little high but very knowledgeable techs. They give you a 10 year warranty as well. Great job

Recommended by Mr Handyman. Called to repair or replace 25 yer old garage door opening system which was broken.. The technician was pleasant, explained all options after his assessment and discussed with me the advantages and limitations of each option, as well as cost choices. Worked with existing electrical system and metal carriage. replaced broken springs, pulleys, rollers, cables. I decided to replace motor as well. he had all parts on his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours, with review of his work and instructions. I am very satisfied with his work.

This is a very professionally run business. I can tell the minute I talk to the technician, the way he presents himself, his uniform, his vehicle, and neatness of his work. I was satisfied on all these points. Tech's name is Xavi Ramirez. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of my garage door, and what I wanted done. I knew the springs should be tired at 17yo, and some of the hardware needed changing, and lots of lubrication and adjustments were preformed by Xavi, and I was very pleased at the outcome and quietness and efficiency that my door was now operating like it was new. Kudos to Precision Door for having techs like Xavi.
