Very professional operation from the making an appointment and being kept advised of timing and name of the representative who would be coming to our home, to the very informative technician who discussed alternatives to fixing our issue, to his completion of the repair including full discussion and instruction of new equipment. This company is fantastic. The service is great, the communication is timely, and the employees are so nice. Danny helped me with my problem (which I could have figured out myself) and didn’t make me feel dumb for not realizing it. He was so nice and helpful. This is a very professionally run business. I can tell the minute I talk to the technician, the way he presents himself, his uniform, his vehicle, and neatness of his work. I was satisfied on all these points. Tech's name is Xavi Ramirez. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of my garage door, and what I wanted done. I knew the springs should be tired at 17yo, and some of the hardware needed changing, and lots of lubrication and adjustments were preformed by Xavi, and I was very pleased at the outcome and quietness and efficiency that my door was now operating like it was new. Kudos to Precision Door for having techs like Xavi.

Israel came to my house today to answer questions I had about new motors. He let me know all of my options, gave recommendations and worked with me to build the right plan for my garage. He then installed everything perfectly, didn’t leave any hint of a mess, and took the time to show me how everything works. Fantastic job and highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. Was very courteous & helpful. I highly recommend Jeff & Precision Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Replacement or Service on Opener.

Isaac Rodriguez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable with his trade. He was came earlier to Han our scheduled appointment but he called me first if it was okay. He was professional and diagnosed our garage door problem quickly. He was helpful and answered all the questions I had. He also helped me program our non working key pad outside our garage after replacing it with a new one. He changed the LED light bulb that we had in the opener because he explained that it could interfere with the function of the remote garage door opener. My overhead door stopped working so I called Precision. Israel Hixon came by appointment the same day (Precision texted me the technician's picture and a short bio) and he was on time, polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me fix options and recommendations) and fixed my door problem in less than an hour. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service and Israel Hixon!!!
