George came today to install a new garage door opener. He called before he came and was right on time. He explained all our options clearly and professionally. He went right to work on this extremely hot and humid day. When he was finished he explained everything to us and asked if we had any questions. Service call to repair uneven operation in garage door opening. George checked out all components of the door as well as the garage door opener. Replaced rollers and pulleys, tested operation to ensure door was operating properly. Very satisfied with the service, would definitely recommend.

George Albert was the professional from Precision doors who performed the service . Mr. Albert was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly! He came early , explained all the options in detail and then took care of what needed to be done! The whole job took about 30 minutes and it was an easy and pleasant experience! The price was fair with warranty included. I would highly recommend this business as they apparently hire quality people!

Yesterday Shane Fazal and his assistant installed our brand new door and all the mechanics that go along. They were informative, timely and provided excellent service. We are very happy with the expertise and explanations given on how to use and maintain the system. after searching online I chose precision . They responded quickly,set up a time for an estimate and followed through with professionalism. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell or talk me into what I didn't need. The tech who came to measure was thorough. The men who came to install were early, neat and did a very good job. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or repair on an old one

Brian Meinsen and Greg were the installers sent to my house to install my new garage door. Upon arriving, they identified and introduced themselves to me. I had several questions that were answered with details that provided me with greater understanding of why certain procedures were followed and why various parts were utilized. I found both technicians knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the job efficiently.

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased
