Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and John Aaron Hixson saved us in an emergency situation. On a freezing, windy, rainy Thursday night our garage door fell off the track and parts were damaged. The garage was open to the elements and impossible to close and lock. We called other services but only Precision Overhead Garage Door Service treated the situation as an urgent emergency. Within minutes of our desperate phone call, the technician, John Aaron Hixson arrived. He was extremely professional and skilled but also kind and helpful. He did an excellent repair job, patiently explained all options and answered our questions. His efficient and respectful demeanor calmed our stress and left us with a good feeling. Ryan, my engineer did an excellent job, great customer service that started with him calling as arranged prior to arrival, showing up on time, he quickly talked me through the plan of action the checks he would do to diagnose the problem. Once completed Ryan walked me through the assessment of the problem gave me various options and costs to suit my needs and then fixed it then and there. Great Worker credit to your company, and great customer service. You have one my business for life. Jim

Good Morning, I had an awesome experience with the Tech, Marlon. He was very informative about having a safe garage. I did advised him that I was ditching the garage next month but he wanted to make sure that parts that was rusted, springs and cables which maneuvers the garage was in good working order. Marlon was polite, professional and his uniform was neat and clean. Overall, his presentation if the scoring system was from 1-10, he was a perfect 10. Wonderful employee to have on your team. Oh I forgot to tip him so I will stop in to your office. Because of the great service, I will be buying my new garage door from your company

David called when he was 30 min out as promised. I used a Value Pak coupon for the $79.95 tune-up special. David lubricated the tracks and adjusted the closing of the door. He also inspected the motor. Highly recommend! Very personable and informative!
