They called to let me know when John the repair person would be coming to the house, he arrived promptly and was properly outfitted with mask and gloves. Asked me about the trouble I was having. Made some adjustments to track and motor unit. Hopefully our problem was solved. John did not charge us for this service for which I thank this company. Roman from Manhasset NY.

My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.

I recently had an electrical fire which blew out my motor for my double wooden garage door. Francisco assessed my problem and addressed it with top notch service. He made my garage door operate as if it were fully new all within a short period of time. Would recommend him and this company with its reasonable rates without hesitation! No hidden fees! Eddie came today to change my garage door opener. He was very detailed and thorough. When he was done, he explained everything before he left. Now my garage door opens very smoothly. I also have a new keypad outside my garage now. I can open and close from outside. I am very pleased with the outcome! I would absolutely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone with garage opener problems!

Hunter did an excellent job. He was running a few minutes late and called to let me know. He explained everything really well and didn't try to push me to do any repairs that weren't necessary. He was professional and took his time.
