First time using your company - just saw the truck on the LIE and figured give you a call. Wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. From the first call to signing on the iPad to process payment, the whole experience was very professional, straightforward and open. Our installer (Shane) shows up as promised, called before arriving as promised, patiently assessed the problem w the old system, laid out the options, made recommendations, understood and accommodated our budget concerns, got to work right away, and then did a terrific job installing everything. He was a pleasure to deal with, is a great face of your company to the customer, and is an asset to your business.

George was a true professional. He did an assessment. Explained all my options. Quoted me a price for each Which included everything ( taxes, parts, labor ) so when I paid at the end, it was the exact same number I was quoted. Great move by company. Also nice to send me his photo and bio. I understand the pic for security reasons. But the bio also humanizes him, before he arrives. Not sure I need to know he likes “ long walks “ - I want him to fix my garage door, I don’t wanna date him. However, after seeing his work ethic, and attitude, if I had a daughter, I WOULD want her to date him. George helps make your firm look wonderful to the end customer. He deserves a raise, and a promotion. Your lucky to have him. PS - you should add a gratuity option to the credit card payment. If ya need a testimonial for a commercial, lemme know

Lewis Rodriguez did a great job of fixing our old garage door. He came on time, gave me options for the repair and then had everything he needed to complete the repair. He replace springs, cables and rollers, all covered by a warranty.

Precision did a BIG job for us about a year ago replacing the big springs that help raise and lower our two garage doors after one of the springs snapped. They did a great, clean job on that at a very fair price. Today, one of the doors needed an adjustment unrelated to the spring work which was done again quickly and cleanly. Of the several companies we've used for the garage door maintance and repairs over more than 20 years, the work and the people at Precision have been far and away the best.

They called to let me know when John the repair person would be coming to the house, he arrived promptly and was properly outfitted with mask and gloves. Asked me about the trouble I was having. My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.

I recently had an electrical fire which blew out my motor for my double wooden garage door. Francisco assessed my problem and addressed it with top notch service. A lot of people in my community have used Precision Garage Door. You guys are very professional. Lewis, your tech was able to fix the tension spring, replace the cables and made all the adjustments needed. He was neat and quick couldn't ask for better. Very professional. His experience goes a long way in fixing and adjusting. For not just the longevity of the door but for the safety as well. Thank you for you're a professionalism in what you guys do.
