They called to let me know when John the repair person would be coming to the house, he arrived promptly and was properly outfitted with mask and gloves. Asked me about the trouble I was having. My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.

Eddie came today to change my garage door opener. He was very detailed and thorough. When he was done, he explained everything before he left. Now my garage door opens very smoothly. I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a service person (Marlon) to evaluate the problem by early afternoon. He understood the issue and was able to correct the problem in a straightforward manner.
