Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.

Shane and Danny were absolutely great. They were meticulous in their work and all they did. From calling customer service to the final repair this was exceptional. Isaac and Luis R were extremely professional, was like Mike Holmes make it write were at my house. I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

I found you thru a valpak coupon and liked dealing with a L.I. firm ike yours. I was completely satisfied with Isaac and Kyle. They pointed out potential weakness in the hardware and explained what they could do. I selected a rebuild package and they proceeded with the job. Please do not use my name in your promotions.
