This was the 2nd time we had Precision Garage Door Service. We were extremely happy with your work both times, as well as your quick response. The garage door wouldn’t open and my car was trapped inside. Your technician Israel Hixson did a great job. Not only did he fix the problem he had to climb over various things that were also trapped in the garage. George Gilmartin

My experience was great from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment quickly online, and Nicholas Urena was great! After determining what was wrong with my garage doors, he offered me three options to choose from. I decided to replace all the parts as they were quite old. He had all the necessary parts and tools with him and was able to complete the job the same day. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Lewis was assigned to install a new rubber seal on bottom of my garage door. The seal in his truck didn't fit. He had to order one that would. In a week I was notified it had come in.The following day Lewis came to install the seal. My garage door is working perfectly now! Lewis was experienced and professional. I will contact Precision again for any future garage door needs! Thanks, Lewis!

The office staff and owner were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Your service agent Shane was fantastic. After outlining various choices I decided to go with a new garage door opener which he installed quickly. He then set up the remote in my car and gave me a handheld remote. Very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend your garage door service.

Fast and prompt service. Professional and honest. Courteous and friendly. I am not sure what other adjectives you would want from a service company. Louis came for the second time to our home. He was prepared and honest. The work was done competently and quickly. Everyone should do business this way.

Great job done by Precision Garage Door. One of our garage doors simply stopped opening and we needed emergency repair. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. The repair technician showed up on time the very next day and was courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem right away and thoroughly explained it to us. He prepared a 3 part cost estimate for repairs that gave us options to choose additional preventative maintenance, if desired. The job was completed in just a few hours and now our garage doors open and shut more smoothly than ever! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and we will definitely call them again if we need garage door repairs.

This was my first time using Precision. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the day of repair, the entire experience was a positive one. I was able to get an appointment within just a few days from calling. Israel (service technician) was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me options of repairs. He even helped me set up the MyQ app. on my phone. It was a pleasure working with the company.

My technician George was great. He notified me he was on his way, and arrived shortly thereafter. After trouble shooting the issue with my nonstop beeping opener, George presented possible solutions and the cost of each one. Fortunately my problem was able to be resolved with the less expensive option. George took the time to fully explain everything to me, and was a most polite technician. He is an asset to the company.
