Dear Precision, I have been in the market for a new garage door for about a year and all prior companies said they could not accommodate the need for a "fixed/stationary" door. Precision was the exception. I meet with Tommy after being called prior to the appt., telling me first what time he would arrive. I was then meet by a very friendly, knowledgeable and credible man; someone who was willing to work with the consumer. I first saw your TV ads and then again in a local Penny Saver. Called when a spring broke. Appointment was easy to set up, Hunter (the technician) called ahead of time, arrived on time, explained all of the service. We walked through everything as the garage door wires, pulleys, etc were all old and I wanted those replaced these also. Everything was on the truck so no waiting for parts. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. Very please with the company and Hunter.

My garage door opener would not close the door, I could not find a company to fix it. I went on the internet and found several companys, there reviews were bad. I saw an add for Precision Door Service there reviews were great so I gave them a call. It was Saturday so gave them a call, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. At 9:00 am the tech Tom arrived my first impression was I new I got the right company and Tech. He did a full inspection and determined it was in the circuitry that made the door go down. The door opener was made in Germany, he tried to get a part but, there were no places that even carried them. I decided that even if it could be fixed parts were always going to be a problem. I asked Tom about replacing the whole unit, he looked it over and gave me a price. I decided I would go that way, I asked him when he could get a new opener and install it. He could do it immediately, I was shocked!!! 90 mins later it was installed and running. I also asked him to look at the door springs, they were always sagging. He said and showed me they were too weak for the door and replaced them in less than 15mins. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did and the price. I would like to say Tom is a fantastic person his work ethics great he did a great job Fast and clean. His Van was clean and organized, his tools were all there he did not have to look for any parts or tools. You can always tell a good craftsman by the cleanliness of shop and the honesty of his price, and you guys rate A+++ I would recommend you highly to anybody.

The install is very neat, clean and the door is very quite as it travels along the track. If we would ever need any service we would request that you send Greg back.

The technician Tom was fantastic. He kept me updated on his arrival time with a preliminary call in the morning and again once he was on his way. He came and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was real nice and personable. I would absolutely use Precision again and I would request Tom as my technician.
