The technician Tom was fantastic. He kept me updated on his arrival time with a preliminary call in the morning and again once he was on his way. He came and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was real nice and personable. I would absolutely use Precision again and I would request Tom as my technician.

He was a great guy to talk to and he explained everything thoroughly. With employees like Tom working for this company you cant go wrong.
