I am so happy that I had Precision Door Service help me with my garage door problem. Ryan Swan did a great job, he set up the web site app on both my phone and my wife phone and show us how everything worked. He show me different products that I could choose from and let me pick the one I wanted. He did not push me in choosing. I choose the one I like the best. I’d let my fingers do the walking on my iPhone to find someone in my area and precision showed up. I’m very happy with the service I got. I got the call a half hour before they were going to arrive very very courteous Danny and Jamie. They did the repair That was necessary to be able to close the garage door all the way. I am very pleased. They also gave me instructions about the lubrication of the wheels and they took care of lubricating the wheels. I’m 87 years old and everything is difficult for me to do but they help me very much and they were perfect gentlemen. You couldn’t ask for anybody better thank you so much.

My garage door opener broke and I had no springs hooked up to the door any longer. Called and they showed up within a few hours. Installed new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers. Door works perfectly now and due to the strain relief on the opener unit it was able to function again as well.

Good Job! Prompt Sunday morning service. Pointed out where All Island Garage messed up and cut corners. They left a wire loose to the point where it was torn apart when the door closed by not putting the wire in a protective sheath.
