In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Precision made 2 visits to my house. The 2nd visit was a very positive experience. The tech person Danny identified the problem and now my door is operating better that when it was first installed (Original install was not Precision)
