I called at 5pm and Precision Garage door service was able to be at my house the following day in the morning. The service representative, Israel Hixson, was excellent. Excellent service. Was given a 4-hour window for the service call but got text messages updating the arrival time and a phone call from the technician 30 minutes before arrival. The technician was professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. Rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !

`First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. Technician took the time to fully review all his work, plus instruct me as to how to pair garage door openers. Fair price. Will definitely use Precision again !!!!!

Precision made 2 visits to my house. The 2nd visit was a very positive experience. The tech person Danny identified the problem and now my door is operating better that when it was first installed (Original install was not Precision)
