Excellent service. Was given a 4-hour window for the service call but got text messages updating the arrival time and a phone call from the technician 30 minutes before arrival. The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !
