I was taken advantage of by the serviceman. I called for a keypad & two remotes. His first estimate was over $3500. When I said absolutely not, he gave a second package for $2400. I only wanted what I asked for. I was about to just pay for a service call because my neighbor said that was ridiculous compared to what he paid. All of a sudden, the price dropped to $375. He also did not give me options for the type of keypad. I definitely will NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. Also, I will post in my 1100 home community bulletin - advising not to use your company.

In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door.
