Excellent service. Was given a 4-hour window for the service call but got text messages updating the arrival time and a phone call from the technician 30 minutes before arrival. The technician was professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. Rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !

`First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. Technician took the time to fully review all his work, plus instruct me as to how to pair garage door openers. Fair price. Will definitely use Precision again !!!!!

Precision made 2 visits to my house. The 2nd visit was a very positive experience. The tech person Danny identified the problem and now my door is operating better that when it was first installed (Original install was not Precision)

Richard Webber was our outstanding repair technician who came late in the door at a moment's notice for repair. He was punctual. professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the double garage door not responding up or down immediately. He explained all of our repair options and provided an estimate for review. He included a veterans discount. He repaired the damage on the spot and tested his finished work product over and over for satisfaction. He exhibited expertise and proficiency and was conversant in his technical field. I would highly recommend the company and this technician to anyone. We had previously used this service at our prior residence and the reason we reached out for this service was directly related to previous outstnading work then too.

I needed to solve a problem with my garage door shaking and eventually not going down or not staying down if it went down at all. Jesse Cole came for the service call and did a terrific job diagnosing the problem and replacing the parts to solve the problem. He was courteous,efficient and neat. I didn’t want to submit a review until enough time passed where I was confident that the problem would be solved long term. It has been 10 days and everything continues to work perfectly... thank you.

I called at 5pm and Precision Garage door service was able to be at my house the following day in the morning. The service representative, Israel Hixson, was excellent. He explained the problem, offered options to repair the issue and completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Services.
