This is the first time I used Precision. I was very happy with everything from the time I placed the call until the time the service was completed. The technician (Hunter) called me to let me know when he would be arriving and he kept true to his word. He was polite and a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything in detail and completed all repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services.

Precision door was recommended by another company that was too busy it would have taken other company 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to come service my garage door. Precision door was able to come in two days and in the time window chosen and on time with a heads up call to say technician was in the way. Mike the technician was polite very knowledgable and checked everything related to my garage door and motor to ensure it being safe to use and operate.

I was apprehensive calling a big company thinking I would be pressured into fixing more things than I could afford. I was astonished by the was Tom handled the situation. I was not pressured I actually had more taken care of now rather than later. I would recommend Precision to everybody.

Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age. He explained everything to us and kept to the quote, no surprises. Before leaving he made sure that everything worked. Can't praise him enough and will be proud to recommend to anyone else who needs a repair
