These people are amazing!! Called on Sunday at 8:15 in the morning and the repair technician called back within 15 minutes and was her less than half an hour later!!! Super nice guy David Gomez arrived. Incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. Would use them again anytime!! Highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to thank Lewis Rodriguez for his excellent service and ability to solve my issue quickly this rainy Saturday morning. Lewis was able to assess my problem immediately (garage door not closing fully) and quickly made adjustments to the door. He also explained the issue clearly so I could see what needed to be done. Made a reservation on-line on Dec. 23 and they came out on Dec. 26 and well within the window of time promised. The call-ahead 20 minutes in advance was appreciated. The technician, George, was helpful in diagnosing the issue, giving us options and then repairing the problem. Very satisfied with the job done.

Isaac Rodriquez did a fine job and everything is working. He did attempt to sell me a lift master motor for 1796 dollars. I declined and he did the job quickly and flawlessly with a minimum (2) part replacements. He had to get into my garage and that took him hardly any time at all. The price of 695 for what he did is outlandish and I will be disputing it with my credit card company. Isaac is a nice person but the prices you charge a customer is nothing less than highway robbery

Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. I called on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. with a broken garage door and two cars trapped inside. The customer service representative confirmed an 8-10 a.m. appointment for the next morning which happened to be a Saturday. The service professional showed up at 8:25 a.m. and by 9:45 a.m. everything was working perfectly . Pricing was excellent and the service response time was absolutely incredible. These guys are the 911 of garage door repairs. The service professional that came to my house was a young man named Isaac who was absolutely fantastic. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. They are amazing.

George Albert was professional in all aspects in explaining to me what failed with my existing opener and options to replace it. He was very courteous and patient in his explanations. Once the installation was completed, George Albert walked me through all part replacements, new door opener and even when and where to lubricant going forward. I highly recommend George Albert.

This was the second time I needed garage door repair service and I chose Precision both times. The service men are knowledgeable and personable. The scheduling admin was nice. Today’s service was performed by Isaac. His professionalism rates a 10. He repaired a rail which had been knocked out-of-alignment. He also provided me with information about available garage door openers as mine is becoming ancient. The company provides texts with reminders of the appointment and on appointment day a text providing the service technician name along with their photo and bio. A pleasure to do business with this company.

I just used Precision for the first time. From the initial phone call to schedule a repair, to the actual repair that was completed, I have nothing but good things to say. George Albert from Precision was very professional and courteous with explaining all the options in repairing our garage door. He also kept in contact giving updates on his arrival, which was appreciated. We will definitely use them again because of what a great experience we had.
