The garage door motor was noisy and eventually non-functional. I called Precision and asked for a repair between 12 noon and 4 PM the next day. The repairman called at 11:30 the next day and arrived at 12 noon. He quickly analyzed the system and ascertained the problem. He explained the problem, the system, the time for the repair and the price for everything. Although he estimated the time for the repair to be two (2) hours, he was finished in one and one-half hours. The technician was courteous, respectful and efficient. It was a "5 star" visit to my home. As I am a very senior citizen on a fixed income, I would have appreciated a discount. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door work.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The service technician came the next day and was on-time, and called me when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and explained our choices in detail. I would definitely call Precision again for any future garage door/opener problems.
