Called at 5 PM and they came the next morning. Jamie and his partner were extremely nice and replaced the opener within two hours. They reprogrammed both the keypad and my car button. They also took away some old molding that was laying on the floor and moved some chairs that were in the way. They were very courteous and explained how to use the new keypads. I would definitely recommend using them again.

Ryan installed a garage door opener with great care. He explained what needed to be done and he patiently showed me how everything works. He programmed my two cars to operate the garage opener. Danny was the repairman who came to my house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He handled my problem, which was complicated due to not really having enough room to work. I think another person might have said the job was not doable. Danny did the job. It is rare to find such a professional as Precision Door. As soon as I contacted them, they immediately responded with an appointment for the very next day and an explanation of the pricing. I then received a detailed confirmation of my appointment. The next morning I received another email from Precision stating that my service person was on his way. The notice contained his picture, his name and a biography. Shortly following that email I received a call from Joe Leonard, the person who would be repairing my garage door. He was professional and very courteous as he gave me his expected time of arrival. Joe called me again after he arrived at my home and thoroughly inspected my garage doors. While on the phone he provided me with four repair scenarios and a variety of prices. Less that an hour later I spoke with Joe again and he informed me that he literally rebuilt my entire door and it’s working better than it had in years. I can’t say enough about Precision and especially Joe. Last night I had a problem with a broken garage door. By 11am this morning the problem is solved backed by a ten year warranty.

I had an issue with the door not opening or getting stuck half way. Robert was here before 9 this morning. He checked everything thoroughly & it turned out to be the motor. He discussed options on what was the best for me. He installed a new motor in about an hour & a half. Very knowledgeable & personable, he said I could ask as many questions as I wanted. The garage door works perfectly now going up & down with ease. This is my second time using Precision Door & I would recommend them. I appreciate a company that gives same day service & weekends.
