We are completely satisfied with Precision Door’s business model, customer service and technicians. One of the rollers on our door came off the track on Thursday mid afternoon., so the door would not close. I called Precision at 4:00, and was offered an appointment for Friday between 8 and 12. I was contacted by John who stated he’d arrive around 9:45. He quickly determined the problem and repaired it promptly, under warrantee, no less! By 10:15 John was finished and our door was back to working order. We highly recommend Precision.

I am so pleased with my decision to use your company. Everything has been so professional from the quote to the installation and service calls. The product is excellent quality, the staff are responsive and polite. Today’s service call was excellent with technician Isaac Rodriguez. He was on time, gave me advance notice, and was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and also in explaining everything to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Hunter, the technician who serviced my garage door called to keep me updated on his arrival time, examined the broken door equipment and took the time to fully explain all of my options for the repair. The job was completed in the specified time and was tested numerous times to assure the repair was done properly. Other companies need to take a lesson from these guys on how a successful business is run. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door repairs ( like the spring, cable, pulley and roller replacement on my door ) or a full door replacement.

Your technician is very professional and he did the work neatly. I notice from your invoice that you offer discount to AAA members, but he didn’t mentioned about it to me before the payment. I am a AAA member so I request to reimburse that discount amount. Also I like to mention here that your charges are little bit higher.
