We began having signal issues on our 21 year old system. The flyer/coupon for Precision arrived in the mail and we booked an appt. From start to finish, the Precision team was seamlessly professional and accommdating. I endorse their services highly. Isaac Rodriguez (technician) was exemplary. He explained all the details and options. Congratulations Team Precision.

Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music. Precision Door should be thrilled to have someone like him!

Have used Precision in the past and alway found them professional, reliable and have always been satisfied with the job that was performed. I’m embarrassed to admit I forgot the name of your employee that was here today . He explained everything that was broken and the job he was going to do to fix it . I am a nurse and told him I needed to get to work ASAP and he worked so quickly on opening the garage in order for me to get the car out and get to work . I would recommend your company to friends and family in the future if needed.

Danny Salas installed a new garage door opener: he offered a number of options & clear estimates for each option, including new remotes and a new external keypad. Danny was knowledgeable in describing the options, respectful of our choices, professional in his demeanor and competent in the installation process. We are extremely pleased with his work: thanks, Danny!

The technician, Jesse, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the garage door springs promptly, with respect for essential Covid19 precautions. Since the spring broke with the door in the closed position, the office staff was very helpful in scheduling an appointment the next day so I was not delayed in getting my car out of the garage.

I discovered Precision on Angie's List. This was the first time I had used that service. Precision had top ratings so I decided to try. I am glad I did. From first call to completion of the twin doors I needed replaced I could not have been more pleased. Every portion was completely professional. I was comfortable with the entire process. I would strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors that need garage door work.
