Nicholas Urena from Precision Garage Doors was great and exceeded my expectations. I called the company around noon and they arrived 3.5 hours later, same day. He helped me change my garage codes, a task that another garage door company could not accomplish. He also closely assessed the motor and the wiring, explaining the aspects that may become an issue in the near future. He provided multiple estimates for several areas I beleived might also need work. Nicholas was kind with a great personality. I felt very comfortable having him at the house and would call to request him in the future. Also, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. Great experience. Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. He examined the problem and the other door and explained what needed to be done and different options. I agreed to one option, Israel wrote up the order and how much it would cost, and I signed off on it. He finished in about two hours and the doors work like new. I'm very pleased with Precision.

Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music. Precision Door should be thrilled to have someone like him!
