The service we received from John was perfect. Very professional. I'm glad we decided to purchase our garage door from Precision 7 years ago. On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.

These guys are amazing! From scheduling to Rob the Manager checking in on progress, down to ultimately Albert who did the actual working was all smooth, professional, and highly skilled. I changed my springs, rollers, cables. and found out my door did not even have safety cables which they installed! Additionally, my door needed a little work which they comped. I could not be happier with this service, I almost thought I needed new doors, but they fixed everything!!!!

George was great!! Arrived when I was told he’d come. I felt like such a fool when he pointed out the problem. He assured me I shouldn’t feel this way. Israel exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. Even though he was late due to unforeseen circumstances he kept us informed as to his approximate arrival time. And believe me, I understand lateness. You start a project and think it will take a half hour and two hours later you still are not done. Well, anyway everything went along without any problems and he seemed to have worked in record time. He installed a new door opener and his clean up was perfect. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.

I thought I left a review the day I had my service. Danny Salas , the tech, was courteous and respectful. He did the job well in changing my codes and giving me another remote as a backup. Precision installed our Electric Garage opener and were very professional. This is the only company I will call when I need something connected to the garage.
