This is "Part One" of what will be a two-part review. A few weeks ago, our garage door broke; it seems that a spring gave out. Since this was a 25 year old door, a Craftsman one purchased from Sears (RIP, Sears...you were great!), I knew that we needed to find another repair service. After doing my research, and seeing the great reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. Within 24 hours, I had one of their techs at the house. What I loved and what impressed me from the beginning, was the close contact they provided. Not only did we get an email confirmation, but we also received text messages tracking the tech, and giving us a photo with some background information about them. This was reassuring, as it is nice to know who is showing up, and that the person is who they say they are. We met Nick, who was from the first moment we met him, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time, evaluated the situation, and provided us with 3 options to consider. Not for one minute did we feel pressured or upsold; we felt confident and informed. In the end, we opted for a new door. We are in no rush, so we will be waiting 4-6 weeks for the door. What impressed us further, was, when Nick was about to leave, he told us that he may have something in the truck that would help the door function better while we waited for the new door to be installed later this summer. WHO DOES THIS!!!! Nick was great, and a true representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. We look forward to getting our new door installed some time in early July. We had an appointment for an estimate Gave to install a new garage door. Hunter came over to explain all the details for the installation and to show us different designs and colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable about everything. He even went back to the showroom to get us larger samples of colors since it was hard to make a choice from small samples. We gave him a deposit and are know waiting for the door to be installed.

When I called Precision with my problem at 8:50 AM, a real person answered the telephone. They said they would send a repairman within 4 hours. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from John, he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later her arrived. He evaluated my garage door system and explained in very easy terms what was required to have the garage door repaired so that it would work properly and safely. John was extremely courteous and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to have him come back for any other repairs. He was great. He was the utmost professional.
