Very professional company - gave a courtesy call about an hour before my technician Danny was to arrive and let me know he was on his way - Danny thoroughly examined my door and explained what was wrong and showed me what he could do to fix it. Fixed within an hour same day! Easier than expected! Very happy!

Precision exceeded my expectations. From Scheduling the appt. reminders of the time, notification of the service technician, concise explanation of my options and cost. You even went as far as letting me know the tech was running late (he was well within the time frame.I was extremely pleased with Jesse C. his knowledge how efficiently and cleanly he worked. I called Precision Garage Door Repair at 8:30am on a Saturday about an issue with my garage door. By 11:30am, the tech had completed a complete overhaul of my spring/cable/roller system. I was very impressed with the level of service. The tech was clear and concise in laying out the options at the beginning and he completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for garage door repair services.

The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. I was given multiple options with no pressure and I selected what I thought was the best choice for me. The Tech Brendan was really good at his profession and added no pressure but just gave the facts. This was the First time using Precision and I would highly recommend using them to anyone.
