Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase. I called Precision Garage Door Repair at 8:30am on a Saturday about an issue with my garage door. By 11:30am, the tech had completed a complete overhaul of my spring/cable/roller system.
