So far so good. Danny was professional and explained why I had a problem with my remote. The garage door has a big dent and he explained that it will not be able to fix it and I kind of knew that. The chain is old and rusted and I do park my car in the garage and he explained that my car could be damaged if the chain ever becomes loose. So I have decided to replaced the door and all the mechanisms to the door. Thank you Danny

Today was a very good day. Danny Salas arrived at the agreed upon time to repair our garage door opener. He was pleasant, respectful and listened to our concerns. He was able to identify the difficulty and presented the options. We decided to replace the entire unit. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the work in just a few hours. He then spent another 30 minutes in educating me on how the new system worked. Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.

I had a broken spring. My tech, Rob, replaced the springs and suggested replacing some other worn and rusted parts. When he completed the work the door operated better than when it was new. He did a very good job!
