Lewis R. was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. He carefully explain the alternatives which would solve my existing problem, but also explain how the different alternatives would impact the life-span of the old unit as it stands today. He also noticed that the safety wire was never install on the door and the danger it may caused if the wire ever snapped. I chose to replace the Garage door opener to avoid any near future maintenance requirements. Very happy with my decision.

Great communication leading up to the service. Called early to let me know they were running a little slow and going to be later in the service window time. Always appreciate the extra communication. I had the most outstanding service technician I ever delt with. His is truly a professional, great with customer relations, and certainly knew exactly what to do. The company installed my garage door opener several years ago. Today when i closed the door the spring came down and the door would not open. I called the company about 100 on a Sunday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and was able to arrange for a technician to come in the afternoon, and he was there in fact within about 40 minutes of the time i made the call. The technician, Lewis Rodriguez, was very professional and also friendly and efficient. The door was fixed within 30 minutes.

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working. I called Precision in the mid morning based on the description of services and other factors including ratings, insurance and uniformed employees. The company was very responsive and had a technician at my home within 4 hours. He reviewed my system and presented me with several options to deal with the problem. The technician was very professional but also friendly. He explained all of the details of his proposals and answered my questions in a clear manner. I decided a new garage door opener was necessary and he installed the system that afternoon. He went out of his way to make sure the new garage door opener work smoothly. I was very pleased with the response time and the quality of the work.
