Garage Door Repair Reviews in Remsenburg-Speonk, NY (Updated June 2026)

The technician, Ryan Swan showed up on time and was very courteous especially when I told him that after I checked further when he was on his way and I discovered that all the wall receptacles apparently did not have power but all the lights in the garage were working. We obviously had an electrical problem but he he was very pleasant and checked what he could but it was not an issue he could address. I advised I had already called the electrician and was very sorry I did not check further before calling for an appointment. He took it in stride and rest assured I will be calling Precision if I need their services. Tom Erhardt Remsenburg

Yesterday I had a tech come to check why our motorized garage door opener wasn't working properly. I had 2 springs, pulleys and cables replaced at 1/2 hour of work for $1000+. My spouse came home and said he used the same company in 2019 and paid $1200 for a whole new system installation at his office. I emailed for further explanation regarding the excessive pricing. They responded that they would call by the days end but no one did.

The technician could not have been more polite, informed, and professional. He explained all the options in detail, and then immediately executed the agreed upon plan. He even swept the garage when he was done, including debris that was not his. I will definitely be using Precision again should I need more garage door work done.
