It was great working with Robert Weber, our sales tech. He is patient, and knowledgeable in advising our purchase. We had reframing to do and Rob was able to inform my contractors of all specifications to get the job done well. His expertise was greatly appreciated. We went thru lots of design modifications as we went along and Robert helped us make the best decisions for our building. Thank you Robert!

Greetings Doug/PDS: Danny Salas and Brendon were very pleasant and knowledgeable, and did excellent work on our garage door system. Although I was not prepared for the estimate amount, after reviewing the issues that Danny and Brendon pointed out, we all agreed that it was the smartest and most cost effective way to restore the system to a safe and smooth operation. Thank you. p.s. The service performed was an extensive system repair, with replacement of springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables.

The springs broke on my door in the morning. By 1 o'clock in the afternoon Precision was there to fix it. They completely rebuilt all of the operating components in about an hour. They had all the parts necessary on their truck. Really great service.

I had many issues with my garage door multiple problems And many parts were needed retainers a new Spring new cables the original people that installed my garage door had no idea what they were doing this is a fantastic company with very knowledgeable men They come to your home In a uniform Proper identification And what I love the most they are very kind and courteous most of all they deftly know what they're doing It's nice to know there is still a companies out there that not just hires Any individual that they actually hire a real technician you can feel safe and comfortable knowing they are going to do the right thing. I'd like to put a special thank you out there to Robert Webber and Joel Sofia And especially to owns owners of precision doors for doing the right thing and hiring the right people great doing business with you.
