As I am not technically inclined, I did fill out a review on YELP, but I will do another one here. I was very pleased with the technician who arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to check and he would give me several options. Danny Salas, the technician, was professional and provided me with several options, ////due to the equipment that was either 25 or 30 years old, I opted for complete repair. Dany set about his work and complete the task before noon, having to replace the entire system. It is now running smoothly and quietly. Danny's work ethic wad commendable and he cleaned up and, frankly, left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking a professional, ethical and accommodating business to either install a new garage door or to repair an older one. I am grateful for having a quiet and smooth running door! Thank you!

Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose. He came as soon as we expected and knew exactly the problem and we gave us two options for the fix. He was so pleasant and knowledgable. Hopefully we will not have any more problems with the garage door but, if so, would certainly call Precision again. Marian & Bill Bachinsky

On Nov 11 I called Precision at the Riverhead office because I had a broken cable on one of my garage doors. The person that returned my call was very courteous and booked an appointment for the same day for 2PM. The repair person named Andrew called me and said he was working in the area and could be at my home in about 10 minutes which was about 11AM. Andrew did a complete review of the door system, took pictures and then gave me three choices as to how I would like to proceed with the repair. Andrew completed the repair with an hours time and the door runs smoothly now

Totally satisfied with your service. This happened on a Sunday and I Googled your company which was recommended by Google. I spoke with Beth and explained the situation and she immediately made arrangements for a service call. My new car was in the garage and the door could not be opened without falling on the car. Thank you for coming to our rescue.

I may be offering remarks prematurely; my new door is not yet installed. However, the quality of service already provided has earned an appreciative review. Each pre-installment step has been exceptional. Answering my first call, scheduling an initial examination, planning for the replacement door and providing an estimate; each task was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and multiple follow-ups. Precision Door Service understands quality service.
