Kelvin Apple was our technician and he was professional and pleasant to communicate with. I put a new garage door in and a new opener in at the same time by Precision. They were excellent then in l2016 when I had it all done. Their technicians are fabulous and know just how to get everything set properly. I have had them here two times since then to fix issues that I thought were needed, AND again the technicians were fabulous and knew just what to do to correct things just right. No more issues at all!!! So very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new door and/or an opener.

As I am not technically inclined, I did fill out a review on YELP, but I will do another one here. I was very pleased with the technician who arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to check and he would give me several options. Danny Salas, the technician, was professional and provided me with several options, ////due to the equipment that was either 25 or 30 years old, I opted for complete repair. Dany set about his work and complete the task before noon, having to replace the entire system. It is now running smoothly and quietly. Danny's work ethic wad commendable and he cleaned up and, frankly, left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking a professional, ethical and accommodating business to either install a new garage door or to repair an older one. I am grateful for having a quiet and smooth running door! Thank you!
