Precision is THE BEST company to deal with for all garage door needs. We had a new door opening mechanism installed about 2 years ago and we have never looked back! This company is INCREDIBLE!!!!! Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them! I was having problems with my garage door (wasn't staying closed) on a Saturday and after hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call in the experts and I was able to make an appointment with Precision for Sunday morning! The level of communication, texts and emails, from the time I made the appointment until the time my technician arrived was amazing. A special shout out to my fabulous technician, ANDREW DEPALMA, who not only fixed my problem but also suggested a few things to ensure that my garage door functions properly for years to come. I have had your company come twice to my house & you are more than a 5 star company. Your professionalism goes far beyond my expectations. From the people that answer the phones to the guys that come to the house everyone is exceptionally personable. Jesse came today to service my garage door. He was honest in saying the rollers are still ok but will need replacement soon. I had him do the job while here. He was done very quickly. Other companies should learn a thing or two from how you run Precision Door. Just can’t say enough about your company. Thank you for a great company.

Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

I put a new garage door in and a new opener in at the same time by Precision. They were excellent then in l2016 when I had it all done. Their technicians are fabulous and know just how to get everything set properly. I have had them here two times since then to fix issues that I thought were needed, AND again the technicians were fabulous and knew just what to do to correct things just right. No more issues at all!!! So very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new door and/or an opener.

Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired.
