I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. The technician, George Albert, was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained exactly what work was needed and what the price would be. He replaced the springs and the opener mechanism. He did a great job, and on the whole, I felt from start to finish that I was in professional hands with both the technician and the company. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used your service. In 2020 I had you replace the torque spring to my garage door. The job was done perfectly and the tech. was terrific. This past job was to fix my wife's door opener which ultimately required the whodunit to be replaced. The tech (Louise) was great. He explained all my options and then proceeded to carry out the replacement, quickly and efficiently. What a pleasure dealing with the employees of Precision.Thank you

I am a first-time customer of Precision Door, and I am very impressed with the company. My garage door opener was not working properly and after viewing Precision's youtube video, I was not able to fix it. I called the company's Plainview location and the woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She said she could have a repairman at my house that day, and he would arrive between 12 and 4 PM. He arrived just after 12 noon after notifying me that he was on his way. Lewis Rodriguez was very courteous and helpful as well. He explained that he would trouble-shoot the problem, and after doing so gave me 4 options. I chose the least expensive and he overhauled the existing door opener, which works just fine now. Lewis is a highly skilled and efficient worker. I am considering new garage doors for my vacation home and will definitely contact Precision Doors when I am ready.

After searching the web for a garage door repair company decided to go with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Loved the fact that I was able to book an appointment conveniently on their website. Also loved that I received both a text and a phone call with arrival time of technicians. Technicians Shane and Rocco were polite and courteous. Provided a thorough quote with options. Did not feel pressured and they worked with me to perform the services I wanted done. Shane and Rocco did an outstanding job replacing my broken torsion springs and getting my garage door working again. I am very satisfied with the overall service provided. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and would use them again in the future.

I found about Precision Overhead Garage Service while searching the web. I was able to make a next day appointment right from their website. They provided timely updates on when and who would be my repair/installer. The service was outstanding. George Albert was the installer and he provided very professional and courteous service. George showed me all options of garage door openers available along with the features each came with. This allowed me to make an informed decision. George then took the time to show me how to operate and use the features of the new opener along with the mobile app functions. I was very impressed with the level of service this company and George provided!

I like a company that goes above and beyond to make their customers feel respected and looks out for their best interests. I was texted and called to confirm my appointment and was given a picture of the service provider, Tom Brill, who would be performing the repairs. Love that! Tom showed up earlier than expected which was a bonus. He went through some additional options that would make the garage door run more smoothly which were greatly appreciated. Tom was very polite and very thorough. The door now works like a dream. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and will use them again in the future.

The installers Isaac and Greg did a great job. The service from Precision Doors was very good. I guess it took a little longer to get the door from the manufacturer due to the current pandemic situation, but overall I am very satisfied.

Was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was really nice. Francisco, the technician who came for the repair, was excellent. He was very professional and very nice. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was quick and cleaned everything up when he was done. Great service! Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I have an old, heavy wood door that I wanted to maintain because it complements the style of the house. David Backinoff and his assistant, John, did a great job rehabbing the door hardware and installing a new opener and springs. The door now operates better than it ever has in the 30+ years I have owned my home. They took the time to diagnose the issues and breathed some new life into the old door mechanisms. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door problems.
