And decided to give them a call and have them come out and they were timely and professional and explained everything completely. Their pricing was great, so I booked on the spot. They came a week later and installed my brand new garage door and opener within an hour and a half. They were professional, timely, neat. They explained everything to me. My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. Hello my name is Thomas,,I called to get my door repaired,,I had another company do it in 2008,and it was installed incorrectly and Shane redid everything that was wrong,,and reinstalled all the correct parts and a new door opener,, my door never closed properly but Shane got it right!! I learned about Precision Overhead Garage Door through a coupon from Valpak. The fact that they are A+ rated by the BBB helped make the decision to call them, as well as their offer for a senior discount. From the phone call to set up an appointment, to Shane servicing my garage door, the entire experience was great. The appointment was confirmed by email and Shane called a half hour before arriving. He was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. And...my garage door never worked so well, even when new!

Tim looked into the problem, but the problem did not reoccur. The problem was an error message that said excessive opening force detected, error code 4-2 (couldn't find error codes in the Owner's Manual). Thus, Tim couldn't adjust anything due to not knowing what caused the problem. It hasn't reoccurred since Tim was here.

was my first time using your company and it will not be the last, your tech Danny was outstanding explained the entire process checked the door and opener did feel a little stupid when after checking the opener outlet for voltage and than plugging back in the opener worked. I must have plugged and unplugged that 5 times with no results, after that he checked over the entire door operation made a few recommendation with no pressure. I would recommend this company to everyone.
