My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was a positive one. I called on a Monday afternoon explaining my issue and was scheduled an appointment the following morning. The Company then texted me the name of the technician that would be assigned to my job an informed me he would be arriving around 10:30 the following morning. Kelvin text be 30 min before he arrived at 10:30. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. 1 1/2 later the garage door was fixed as his co. van comes equipped with parts. The work area was cleaned up & all old parts and components were taken away. From my initial call to the paid bill it was under 24 hrs. Kelvin was knowledgeable, component & respectful. Second time I called Precision Glass for an emergency and they come the following day and fix the garage door the same day no matter what the problem was. Service is fast. Technician are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Kelvin was so nice! He did a great job when I thought it was going to take a week for parts. He did everything same day in freezing temperatures. We were able to schedule an appointment right away to fix our garage door opener. It was more expensive than we thought it would be, but Kevin did a great job. Only problem was that he forgot to reconnect the exterior key pad, but when I noticed that, Rob immediately came and took care of it.

3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.
