Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.

We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost

Precision offered several convenient time slot options to choose from The technician (Israel) called ahead and was on time. He was very friendly, courteous knowledgeable and efficient and did a great job replacing our garage door handle and lock! He also gave us an estimate for a new door. I highly recommend Precision!

The hardware to our garage door was worn and the garage door opener was broken. Isaac from Precision came by and gave us an estimate and explained everything. He was able to do the work within two days. He worked professionally, clean and went through everything patiently with us. Great service! Everything as promised.

My garage doors never worked so good, it was a pleasure having such a professional technician who solved the problem. I would recommend “Precision” if you have any problems with your garage doors.
