I, Nancy Costa, chose Precision Door Service because of the excellent experience I had in the past. I was very fortunate to have John Fusco as the technician who turned up my garage door. John was not only knowledgeable in his field, but patient in answering my questions explaining all aspects of the door. He did inform me of the special packages Precision offered, but was not interested in putting good money into something old. I did explain that I would rather purchase a new door which he showed me samples. I will most likely purchase a new door and will definitely use his name for recommendation. As a Chief Human Resources Officer involved with recruiting, I would definitely hire John for my team. Precision is lucky to have him represent your company in a positive manner and I hope, he is recognized for his hard efforts in keeping the company's name positive. He called me to advise me of a time that he called me again to tell me he was on the way dressed professional shop looking spoke well diagnose my problem and fix it. My garage door was in need of some major repairs. Precision was able to come the very next morning. Their technician, Israel, was super. In no time he was able to replace both cables, both springs and 4 pulleys. My garage door works like new and is super quiet when it opens and closes. Shane and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail the options that were offered to fix the problems with my garage door operating system. Shane called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Upon completion of the work, which was done in a timely manner, Shane and Nick went over what they had installed and corrected with the garage door. Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.

We had a new garage door installed some 8 years ago and it has preformed well , but recently one of the cables that attach to the handle/lock wore out and became detached. Taking advantage of a free service call email that I received, I made an appointment to get it fixed. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. I was quite taken back by the cost of the repair….over $300 To replace the cable and make a slight adjustment to the tension on one side…. The repair took less than an hour. Overall I was happy with the service but not with the cost
