I was very happy with the job that was done by Brendan Serrano. He was personable and knew what he was doing. My one disappointment was the price of the materials, which I could have bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for a fraction of what I had to pay Precision Door Service. You will probably say that your parts are of a better quality than those that the stores sell but the vast difference in price makes that difficult for me to believe. Although Brendan replaced a couple of springs and cables I didn't think that the bill for $664.79 was a fair amount to charge.
