I was very happy with the job that was done by Brendan Serrano. He was personable and knew what he was doing. My one disappointment was the price of the materials, which I could have bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for a fraction of what I had to pay Precision Door Service. You will probably say that your parts are of a better quality than those that the stores sell but the vast difference in price makes that difficult for me to believe. Although Brendan replaced a couple of springs and cables I didn't think that the bill for $664.79 was a fair amount to charge.

Even though the make of our door was not compatible to their parts, he reconstructed our set up and it's now working better than before and much safer. My experience with Precision was terrific. Everything that was promised was done on time and with impressive efficiency. Our installers, Greg and Jeff were just great. In a little over two hours we had a beautiful new garage door that worked perfectly with the Liftmaster Garage Door Opener. We were impressed by Mike for his detailed explanation of what was needed for this project. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
