Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered. He reviewed our entire situation, made several recommendations, and began the work we authorized quickly, efficiently and neatly. He thoroughly explained each procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the springs but attended to a few minor issues that he said would make the operation work better. He was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and overall provided excellent service.

Danny Salas was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure all our questions were answered. After explaining that our garage door could not be permanently repaired he laid out our options for a new door in a clear and concise manner. After agreeing on a price and a few options everything was finished from beginning to end in about an hour. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the total experience

I have used Precision a number of times and they do great work The people they send are well trained and professional. Danny came to my property and explained why I should purchase the total expensive solution rather than going for a small not complete solution,,, I am happy with their work and would recommend them in the future!

Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision . They came from the Plainview , NY office to St.James , NY
