Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered. He reviewed our entire situation, made several recommendations,and began the work we authorized quickly, efficiently and neatly. He thoroughly explained each procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the springs but attended to a few minor issues that he said would make the operation work better. He was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and overall provided excellent service.

Danny Salas was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure all our questions were answered. After explaining that our garage door could not be permanently repaired he laid out our options for a new door in a clear and concise manner. My technician Danny arrived on time , assessed the problem which was old worn out weather stripping and replaced it on both garage doors. Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision . I called to get an estimate on installing a garage door opener. The technician, Rob Weber, called the day of to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the early end of the installation window which is always appreciated. He inspected the door, offered a few options and gave me the estimate. It was within the range of what I was told it could be over the phone so I agreed to have the job done. I was ready to set up an appointment to have it installed when he informed me he could do it today! About two hours later the install was completed and he went over everything I needed to know. Rob was professional and courteous, answered all questions I had and did not leave until I was sure everything worked to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

called about one door hard to open and the other door with broken window, was told don't repair windows , well may be ,teck came and left message with my family that he will contact me about the window. still didn't hear. asked if your company works with a glass co since lots of your doors have glass panels and was told no.Please let me know if and when I can count on your company to fix the glass window
